Pan African completes AU$54.2m acquisition of Australian gold producer Tennant Mining

South African gold mining powerhouse Pan African Resources expands its global footprint with a strategic AU$54. 2m (R625. 6m) acquisition of Tennant Consolidated Mining Group, whilst suspending operations in Sudan amid political unrest. The deal promises returns within three years and strengthens the company's position in tier-one mining jurisdictions.
