Chris Brown on Tuesday raised excitement levels among his South African fans with his announcement that he would be coming to the country.

Taking to Instagram, the top charting musician posted on his Stories “South Africa I’m coming”, he wrote.

Brown also posted a video with the South African and Brazil flag confirming that he would be coming to the countries.

Breezy did not however share any dates with his announcement, leaving many fans wondering how long they have to save up for his concert tickets.

The superstar recently concluded his 11:11 tour which had stops in the United States and Europe at one of his last shows, he told concert-goers ‘see you next year’.

2025 is indicated to be a big year for the multi-award winning artist as he celebrates the 20th anniversary of his debut album “Chris Brown” with a tour.

The “No Guidance” hitmaker is no stranger to South Africa, his scene on “Generations” with Ajax portrayed by Sipho ‘Psyfo’ Ngwenya, is one of those pop culture moments.

In 2015, Breezy performed at the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg. Over the years he has worked with several local and African acts.

Last year, Grammy award-winning South African singer and songwriter Tyla supported the US singer on his massive UK and European tour.

His 11th studio album, “11:11” features KwaZulu-Natal native Naledi Aphiwe on a track titled “Shooter”. Brown the previous year had shared a video of Aphiwe singing on his Instagram stories, praising her “incredible” voice, only to later give her the feature of a lifetime and paid her.
