For the first time in history, the Miss South Africa organisation is hosting a masterclass for aspiring entrants who are looking gain valuable tips for their pageant journey.

This is educational session will be held by an expert or experts in a specific field or industry. 

They include former title holders such as Rolene Strauss (Miss World and Miss SA 2014), Peggy-Sue Khumalo (Miss SA 1997), Natasha Joubert (Miss SA 2023), Tamaryn Green-Nxumalo (Miss Universe first runner-up and Miss SA 2018) as well the current reigning Miss SA, Mia le Roux.

They will also share information about the impact and responsibilities that come with the title as well as insights into the role of beauty, confidence and self-expression.

Meanwhwhile Stephanie Weil, the Miss SA CEO and television journalist Devi Sankaree Govender will share what beauty pageants judges look for and what kind of qualities, skills and attributes participants should possess. 

In addition, the make-up workshop will consist of learning makeup tips for enhancing natural beauty and building one’s confidence through makeup.

The Miss SA masterclass will be held on Friday, March 7 at The Forum, Ground Floor Wanderers Building in Bryanston, from 9am till 10.30pm.
