When fitness fanatic Ashton Hall shared his early morning routine with his eight million Instagram followers, I doubt he was ready for what happened next.

The short clip was meant to be an inspiration to others but instead, people found it ridiculous and unrealistic.

He claims that his routine that starts at 3:50 am has changed his life.

“Sin lives late at night.. if you’re dealing with a weak mind, bad decisions, or lack of productivity go to sleep early,” he captions his post.

“4:00am - 8:00am no one’s calling or distracting your productivity.. they are sleep. 8:00pm - 12:00am is the opposite,” he adds.

In the clip he details exactly what he does and at what time.

The first, and rather odd thing we see, is him waking up with mouth tape.

The rest of the routine includes doing a few push-ups on his balcony, journalling, a face ice bath, a gym session followed by a swim, a quick shower, rubbing his face with a banana peel and another face ice bath before a meeting.

All of this is done before 9 am!

He then officially starts his work day with an online meeting and breakfast that is made for him by an unidentified woman.

In all the activities that included water, he is sure to show off the brand, Saratoga Spring Water which is now trending on social media.

Could it be a sponsored post?

@tipsformenx reposted his video on X where people didn’t hold back on what they think about his super early morning routine.

X users broke down the routine minute by minute highlighting that it seems highly unlikely that it is authentic.

Some made fun of the fact that he appeared to be in the air for four minutes as he jumped into the pool, and someone else noticed that he wore his fancy watch in the shower.

Others poked fun at his routine by sharing their own versions of it with a humorous twist.
