Billionaire Alki David says a man arrested after streaking at an Obama rally in Philadelphia over the weekend was trying to win a $1-million Internet challenge. Police said 24-year-old Juan J Rodriguez of New York City was charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct. A number listed in Rodriguez's name was out of service on Monday night and it was unclear whether he had an attorney. David recently offered $1-million to anyone who could streak in front of the US president with the name of David's competition website on his chest.

David told The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News that he is an Obama fan but streaking is a time-honoured way of getting attention.
