Judgment is postponed in the matter against a Gauteng couple accused of running a child pornography distribution ring.
Daren Wilken and Tiona Moodley appeared in the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Friday for the continuation of their bail application.
Magistrate Pravina Raghunandan postponed the matter to February 14.
Wilken, 35, was arrested in Midrand on January 17. Moodley, 25, was arrested on January 23.
At their last appearance, the court heard how the couple allegedly made their money from offering images of videos of children to clients, using various online methods.
The court also heard how the couple allegedly used different payment methods to get monies into their accounts which would then be transferred to other accounts.
Moodley further allegedly managed and built websites, and instructed Wilken on how to access the sites.
In court on Friday, Moodley claimed that she administered the business for Wilken.
In her replying affidavit, she went on to state that she had no dealings with the misappropriation of monies.
She further defended their trip to Thailand adding that they were in a relationship.
Meanwhile, Wilken, in his reply to the State, accused the investigating officer of fabricating issues.
He claimed that Hendricus Boschoff's affidavit did not have grounds to oppose his bail.
The couple are expected back in court next Friday.
