Cricketer Ethy Mbhalati achieved his first 10-wicket haul to bowl the Nashua Titans back to the top of the SuperSport Series log with a 21-run victory over the Chevrolet Knights in Kimberley on Sunday.

Mbhalati finished with five wickets in each innings for a match return of 10/160.

He has taken 17 wickets in the two matches that the log leaders have won to establish himself as their most valuable player. He has 25 wickets from the four matches to date including four five-wicket hauls.

Mbhalati made the vital breakthrough when he dismissed Ryan McLaren leg before wicket to end a threatening sixth wicket partnership that had added 94 in 31 overs.

However, the Knights were still in contention with Morne van Wyk and Obus Pienaar contributing a further 48 for the seventh wicket.
