The Cobras won the first leg by eight wickets.
Albie Morkel equalled Martin van Jaarsveld's record for the fastest 50 in the history of the tournament, reaching his half-century off 19 balls.
Midway through the Titans' innings, there was a power failure at SuperSport Park and 33 minutes were lost.
