The domestic One-day Cup match between the Dolphins and the Warriors was interrupted by rain in Pietermaritzburg on Sunday afternoon.

The Dolphins, needing 291 runs to win, were 21/1 after seven overs when the players left the field with the hope of returning later in the day.

The Warriors reached 290/8 after they were sent in to bat, led by veteran spin bowlers Nicky Boje and Johan Botha who both made half-centuries.

Spinner Keshav Maharaj led the home side's attack, returning 3/66, though he gave away 66 runs in only seven overs. – Sapa
