Court battle over Gauteng's R9bn school feeding scheme

mnothowethu Trading Enterprise has launched a legal challenge against the Gauteng Department of Education over its R9 billion school nutrition programme tender, claiming unfair disqualification. This dispute puts the meals of 1. 6 million learners at risk, while the DA alleges corruption in the tender process that was previously declared unlawful by the High Court.
