Bollywood actor Salman Khan secretly joined the Eid Gah in Parkwood, Johannesburg, on Monday, his manager told local media.
"Salman is in Johannesburg only until today, April 1, to personally see public reaction from South African fans to his latest film Sikander', which opened worldwide yesterday", his manager said.
"Salman did not want to cause any disruption at the Eid Namaaz, so he stayed in a back row wearing a hoodie and left discreetly in a waiting Uber immediately after the prayer as he did not want any special treatment or attention either," he said.
He added that Salman would also pop into a local cinema in disguise to gauge fan reaction after an Eid lunch yesterday with one of his biggest fans, a billionaire from Johannesburg, on whose private jet Salman was flown in on Sunday night.
The businessman was in India for meetings when he invited Salman to join him for the fleeting trip as he returned home for Eid. The businessman, Tuto Pakrigio, said Salman would fly back to Mumbai on the afternoon of 1 April on the same jet.
